Great presentation of a meaningful topic (Real World De-Escalation). I will intentionally be seeking courses instructed by Zaki. His instruction style, ability to present information clearly and fully helped make the course.

Instructor Zaki Hazou is an excellent instructor as well as educated on the topics of Duty to Intervene and De-escalation.
